Bow Quarter Park Buildings Right to Manage Company

Welcome to the Bow Quarter Park Buildings RTM. The RTM Company are based in Park Buildings in Bow Quarter.

The Right to Manage Company was formed in January 2014 to allow leaseholders direct control over our building’s management, allowing us to appoint our own managing agent, negotiate better service charges and insurance, and ensure maintenance and repairs are done to our satisfaction.

All Park Buildings leaseholders are considered members of the RTM.

The RTM Company is currently led in a volunteer capacity by leaseholders
